HELLO I’m Sarah.

Coaching with Sarah has totally changed my outlook not just in the workplace but more generally. She has helped me focus on priorities, my own self confidence, and feelings of guilt that I had been dealing with in the workplace for a long while. She gave me the confidence to apply for another job and to explore other avenues which has had a huge impact on reframing my focus in my current job. I feel like I've been on a journey with Sarah and I've grown as a person. To have the support and guidance she gave me has been invaluable.
